Virginia Tech Women's Club Lacrosse is a competitive team that plays at the Divisional, Regional, and National collegiate level. We play in the fall and spring semesters, however, our primary season is in the spring. We have no official coach. The team is run by the 6 officers who are voted in the previous year. For years, we have maintained a reputation of being highly competitive, yet capable of having fun. Our goal every year is to make it to regionals and place as high as possible in Nationals. Recently in 2023, we won the Regional Championships and had a fourth-place bid to the National Championships. In 2024, we attended the National championships and finished 5th. We are looking to keep our competitive edge! We hold tryouts each fall and spring semester where we select players according to stick skills, knowledge of the game, hustle, attitude, attendance, and intention of commitment.
